How are Timeless Secret products different from other products on the market?

While it is legal for companies to use trace amounts of ingredients in a product to make a promotional claim, these small percentages do not have any appreciable effect on your skin. Moreover, these ingredients often remain on the surface of the skin or are degraded by air and/or light exposure; therefore, they are unable to afford any therapeutic benefit. Timeless Secret's synergistic blend of highly engineered ingredients is stable, safe, and very effective.

How long before I should expect to see results?

After the very first use of Timeless Secret, you will notice that your skin is visibly firmer, more hydrated, and more radiant. Within a few days, your skin will most likely become softer and smoother, with noticeable improvement occurring with continued use. After 14 days, the look of fine lines will seem to disappear, and the overall tone and texture of your skin will appear more even.

Are your products suitable for all types of skin?

Absolutely! Timeless Secret was formulated specifically to address the needs of all skin types.

I have sensitive skin. Can I use Timeless Secret products?

Yes. Timeless Secret products are formulated for use on all skin types. However, different skin types all react differently to new products, and no matter how carefully the products have been formulated, some users may still experience irritation from using the products. If you do, try using the products less frequently to see if the irritation subsides. If irritation persists, discontinue use.

What fragrance is used in Timeless Secret products?

Timeless Secret products contain only natural essential oils. We never use artificial perfumes or fragrances, which often include chemical ingredients and solvents that can irritate the skin. Did you know that most allergies derived from the use of skincare products are caused by the fragrances in those products?

Can I use your product with other skincare products?

Timeless Secret products are intended to work synergistically as a complete system, delivering maximum skin benefits when all five products are used in combination. Cleansing your skin thoroughly but gently with the detoxifying Smart Foam^™ Face Wash prepares your skin for optimal absorption of the Pure Radiance Day Moisturizer SPF 20 and the Skin Perfecting Night Treatment; and finishing with the Accelerating Booster^™ Wrinkle Corrector seals in the ingredients and delivers lasting hydration to help protect your skin from further damage.

Therefore, we ensure that all Timeless Secret products are rigorously tested by independent clinical labs and are evaluated and approved by dermatologists. How does your Timeless Guarantee work?

We're so sure you'll see results after your very first use, and continue to see results each and every week, we'll give you a full 30 days to live with the products and see for yourself. If you're not satisfied for any reason, simply call and return it within 30 days for a refund (less s&h)—no questions asked.

Do you test on animals?

We do not test our products on animals, nor do we ask others to conduct animal testing on our behalf.
